Keshia is a spiritual teacher, a healer, an artist, and a writer. She believes her purpose is to help others and that the first step to accomplishing that is by working on yourself first. She aims to help empower others through eliminating fear. She has silenced herself and denied her experiences in her life until recently. Here she shares a part of her journey from the darkness into the light, and how the obstacles are the path. This is her debut, or “coming out,” as she refers to it, where she is breaking that barrier and freely and openly sharing her experiences and speaking her truth with the world for the first time.
